Under Career Counseling & Placement Cell,Department of Commerce of Arya Kanya Degree College,in collaboration with QSpider,the world largest technical training centre, a placement drive was initiated with the help of Mr.Deepak kumar Jaiswal,the placement program was about Incubation-Every year Across PAN India, QSpiders run a CSR Certified Free Training & Placement program for Final Year batch students i,e – 2023 Passing Out batch Students.PAN India,they are associated with more than 4000+ Engineering/BSC/BCA/Bcom/BBM/BBA/BA & MBA Colleges for the above program. Selected students will be given Date of Joining wherein, they can come on the respective date, finish joining formalities start attending training & get placed from QSpiders.The students have to mandatorily undergo a campus recruitment process:1. Briefing about drive.2.Online Assessment Test 3.Online Group Discussions. The Department of Commerce of Arya Kanya supported the Company in presenting their Pre-placement Talks,and in conducting tests and interviews in the College .About 88 students got registered for the virtual round tests.The event witnessed the presence of Respected Principal Prof. Archana Pathak,Ms. Sriya Jaiswal and Mr.Manan Singhal.

Two-days child rights training program sponsored by the National Human Rights Commission
Two-days Child rights training program sponsored by the National Human Rights Commission was inaugurated on 06/02/20255,Chairman, Governing Body, Sri Pankaj Jaiswal welcomed the guests and highlighted the government efforts in the context of child rights. Chief Guest, Lieutenant Colonel Virendra Singh, Director Human Rights Commission said that as soon as freedom is granted, talk about duties before talking about rights. Special Guest Prof. Ashish Saxena, Head of Department, Sociology, Allahabad University highlighted the rights of children in global and Indian society, human rights, participation in the protection of their lives. Participants from all the constituent colleges of Allahabad University and the state university actively participated. City Magistrate Vinod Kumar Singh said in his address that a child is not different from other living beings at the time of his birth. He is cultured by his relatives, social relations and the surrounding environment, which helps him develop. Dr. Vandana Bansal, Director of Jeevan Jyoti Hospital,discussing the physical and mental development of a girl child, said that the mental development of children between the ages of one and two years is very fast. She said that children cannot get their rights on their own, so it is the primary responsibility of parents, school, society and government to ensure that they get their rights.
